Our workers have progressed through the companies O.J.T. and formal trade school training program. They are schooled in company work policies, customer communications, electrical, fire & building codes.

All our journeymen carry hand held, closed band radios with a 50-mile range, we can communicate with them instantly, at any time. We can relocate them for an emergency, customer service calls, or if they have a job-related question or problem.
